Just a ten minute walk from Birmingham City University and within one mile of the city centre, Bagot street remains a popular area within the student community. Starting out with three blocks (Bagot Street 1), the site now boasts five blocks after the addition of two more blocks (Bagot Street 2), which now make up the Bagot Street student accommodation village, and house 1,148 beds.

FGF Limited was appointed by Precision Facades to supply the external rainscreen cladding for the two new tower blocks, one at 11 storeys and the other at 16 storeys.
