FGF Supplies Cladding for £9.5m Milton Keynes East Urban Development Health Centre
FGF Limited is proud to have supplied Hardie® Panel by James Hardie in Anthracite Grey for the new Elverby Health Centre, part of the £9.5 million Milton Keynes East Strategic Urban Extension development.
A Landmark Community Facility
The 1,900 sqm health hub provides GP services, community healthcare, a children’s centre, offices, meeting rooms, and a community hall. It will serve a rapidly expanding local population, as the wider Milton Keynes East development delivers around 5,000 new homes, alongside schools, retail facilities, employment zones, and a 63-hectare river valley park.
Hardie® Panel: Design, Performance, and Sustainability
Hardie® Panel was chosen for its striking Anthracite Grey finish, durability, and sustainability:
- A2-s1, d0 fire rating
- BBA certification
- Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) confirming low CO2 emissions
- Durable and low maintenance

Installed vertically with visible fixings and soffit detailing, the panels provide a modern, cohesive façade, contrasting beautifully with the dark blue and cream brickwork of the nearby primary school.
Reliable Supply for Smooth Project Delivery
FGF’s five-stage quality control process supported reliable supply, ensuring panels were delivered on schedule and in the right quantities to maintain project efficiency.
Recognition in the Industry
The project has been shortlisted for two categories at the 2025 Façade Awards: Best New Build (Education) and Best Use of Fibre Cement Cladding Panels. This recognition reflects both the architectural impact of the project and the quality of the materials supplied.
FGF is proud to provide high-performance, sustainable façade solutions that help create long-lasting, community-focused buildings.
